Meet Dani! She’s a graphic designer, fashion blogger and a close friend of mine : )  Below are some of her looks and a few fun questions about her.  Enjoy!

How do you TAKE AIM?

I’m a huge believer in following your dreams.  I feel like I get to live my dream every day designing, blogging, and living in LA.  I’m a T-shirt graphic artist for Truly Madly Deeply, a private label brand for Urban Outfitters.  We also design for Forever 21 and Anthropologie.  I’m like one of those cheesy people who turned their hobby into a job and don’t have to work a day in their life! It takes hard work and time to reach your goals, but it’s definitely worth it.

What are your favorite things to do in LA?

I’m an absolute foodie and my favorite thing to do is enjoy good food and drinks with friends.  I also love to explore the city by foot and discover new places and things! And lastly, of course, I love to shop – and LA is an amazing place for that.

Favorite thing in your closet right now?

That’s a hard question! I think right now my favorite piece of clothing is my boyfriend jeans.  It can be super hard to find a pair that fits just right, and after much MUCH searching I found ‘em!

Best beauty tip?

Id say my signature look is the cat eye.  I’ve been doing it for about 6 years now.  After trying a ton of different liquid eye liners, I found the best one is Cover Girl Line Extract.  It has a felt tip that makes it easy to put on and it stays all day!

What’s your go-to piece?

My go-to is a basic black dress! You really can’t go wrong with one wherever you go.  It seems to be the uniform in LA!

I think Dani is somewhat of a fashion chameleon, like me.  We enjoy so many different styles that we switch between city-chic, girly and minimalistic styles from day to day.

Oh, and she is amazing at her hair! Doesn’t it look amazing in all these pictures?

So, these shoes are by far my favorite thing I own right now.  LOVE them.  The black band across the front of the loafer makes for a really interesting look and the shiny gold heel is too cool.  I’ve been wanting them for months and I’m pretty happy to have them now : )

I wore this big, over-sized dress to an interview and an event last week.  It is so versatile depending on the shoes, and the slouchy fit looks very cool with some stilettos.

I grabbed this “lunch tote” looking bag at Zara a few sales back, but found this cool tan tote that I like even more.

I wore these Billy frames a month ago and had questions about where to find them – Quay put them up on their site now!

And…. lastly, we have a contest winner! Thank you for everyone that entered!  By random number generator, the winner is…..

Laura Lynch!

Thanks again, and get ready for another cool giveaway this week!
