A few things I consider when putting together an outfit: start with something I love, add something I’m comfortable with and comfortable in, then add a “wow” factor that makes your outfit unique, fun and memorable. If you start with items you love and are comfortable in, you will have the most important factor: CONFIDENCE. When you are confident about what you’re wearing it will show : )
Here I started with the Zara Skort that I really love and added some comfort factors, the Mickey Tee and white sneakers. To make the outfit stand out more and to have a little fun, the leopard cap was perfect.
I used to be so intimidated about trying new trends : ) I LOVE it now. What do you guys think about Mickey, skorts and leopard caps?! Any trends you’re considering trying?

Since I moved to downtown LA a couple years ago I’ve fallen in love with it. I love the kind of people that live around here and the local spots that make it so unique. I actually don’t even mind living in the second floor of a warehouse next to a bunch of seafood buildings and homeless parks! It’s my home and I wouldn’t change it (although… I would secretly die to live in NY or Paris for a time…)
So, there are two items in this outfit that are kind of knock-offs. The bag and the shoes. I think both are pretty decent for the price. This Topshop bag looks pretty similar to a Celine that I’ve been lusting after HERE. The shoes are similar to some Isabel Marant’s that I’ve wanted for 6 months HERE.
What do you think? Not too bad right?!
