7 French Brands To Add To Your List

Since I’m still in Paris, I thought it would be fitting to feature some of my favorite French brands. I realized that a lot of my go-to pieces lately are brands from France, which is perfect because I always love a Paris girl look. There’s something so chic and elegant about French clothing, and it’s usually made with super high quality, so you can wear the pieces forever. Without further ado, here are 7 French brands you need to add to your list! All of them have such distinct style, and probably need to be in your closet right now ;)

I’m obsessing over Sezane right now, and was so excited to come to Paris this week to work with their team. I literally want every single piece in their new Spring line <3 Their clothes are so beautiful and feminine, but also have a strong girl boss feel. I’m planning to do a full post on them tomorrow!

I would have to say that Chloe is definitely one of my top faaaavorite brands. I wear these two bags allllll them time, and love how they’re simple but still a statement piece. Buckle shoes are also one of my fave looks, and Chloe kills it with these booties. Their clothes are always very pretty and feminine… I need all the Chloe!

These adorable shoes are some of the most commented on my Insta, and I really like them too. I like that they’re super cute and girly but could also pair with a suit (so versatile!)  A.P.C is such a classic French ready-to-wear brand, and has amazing bags, like this Half Moon bag, which will never go out of style. I love the A.P.C. store on Melrose Place back Home! It’s so minimal and gorrrrgeous.

These boots are some of my absolute favveeeee <3 I couldn’t even decide on what pics to use, since I wear them all the time. You can’t go wrong with black booties in general, but add some statement buckles and cutouts like these and I’m sold 4 lyfe (lol… but really). If you’re going to start with one thing on this list, get these boots. Balenciaga was actually founded in Spain, bt the headquarters are in France so I’m counting it in the list ;) They also have amazing prints and design in their pieces.

I did a full post about IRO a while ago, and I’m bringing it back! IRO is one of those brands that I’ve always admired. Their collections are so stunning every season, and they fit right into that high-end style while still remaining unique and making pieces I can’t find anywhere else. They always have amazing details on their pieces!

Michelletakeaim Favorite French Brands Vanessa Seward Bag #2

Vanessa Seward is an incredible designer who worked with Chanel, Tom Ford, YSL, and A.P.C before creating her own ready-to-wear brand that I love. Her pieces are also very classic, and have a retro vintage vibe right now that is amazeeee.

Not only do I love this brand, but they have the cutest shop right by my house on Melrose Place with a cactus garden (go-to photo spot). Sooo many gorgeous neutral colors and outerwear, this may be last on the list but it’s a showstopper.

Are there any amazing French brands I’m missing? Would love to hear your favorites in the comments!
