London Fashion Week is wrapping up and I’m getting ready for my next stop: Milan. I really loved London, even more than I expected to. It is such a beautiful, old city and in some ways it’s really a mix of New York and Paris. It has the bustling, big city vibes of New York, but also the old time romance of Paris.
I stayed at the Sanderson Hotel, which was the perfect location to get to shows and photo ops around the city. My room felt just like how I pictured a classic London hotel to feel – very luxurious, white bedding, natural light and pretty colors. The hotel also had the cutest swinging seat outside which was perfect for photos!
My favorite events were Charlotte Simone, Malone Souilers and Isa Arfen. It’s fun being able to see different designers and some different styles than I see in New York. The weather was also surprisingly comfortable, so I was able to explore the city a lot in my down time! Since it was my first time in London, I had to stop by the classics, like Big Ben, the red telephone booths and some pretty outdoor cafes.
I’m on my way to Milan now! Any suggestions for things I need to see there? ps. Outfit details are below!
