Ace Hotel and Swim Club
The Ace Hotel is a such a staple of Palm Springs, with it’s hipster hangout vibes. I stayed here the last few days of my last Coachella trip, and had so much fun soaking up the sun at the amazing swim club. It definitely has an old fashion road trip feel, but with boho decor. Even if you’re not staying here, stop by for a drink at the pool for ultimate vacay feels.
Get ready for all your pops of color dreams to come true. The Saguaro is a rainbow oasis, with the classic motel poolside at the centerpiece. Every section highlights a different color, and even the rooms are that color top to bottom. This hotel is top of the list for the Palm Springs quirky essence.
La Serena Villas
I went to this cute boutique hotel for the first time on my last trip! I needed a cute photo op spot, and this was the perfect place for some afternoon drinks. The chic boho decor is amazeee, and has so many cute tiles all around. Each room is a little stand alone villa with a walkway to the gorgeous pool. I definitely need to spend a night here next time.
I haven’t stayed at the Korakia Pensione hotel yet, but have heard amazing things. I love the outdoor focus here, and almost makes you feel like you’re in Morocco. All the greenery and white walls are so aesthetic, and creates a peaceful retreat.
That Pink Door
1100 E Sierra Way, Palm Springs, CA 92264
This pink door is an icon in Palm Springs. Just like the pink wall in LA, no one really knows when it started to become popular…but nonetheless it’s a perfect photo op :)
0770 Seminole Dr, Cabazon, CA 92230
If these dinos don’t scream 1950s road trip, I don’t know what does! These big guys are about 20 minutes from Palm Springs, and a great little stop for a fun pic.
The Parker Palm Springs Hotel
4200 E. Palm Canyon Drive, Palm Springs
To stay with the pop of color theme, The Parker is a perfect addition. This retro hotel is stocked with Insta worthy spots, with great hangout spots with cabanas by the pool and fire pits on the lawn.
Moorten Botanical Garden + Cactarium
1701 S Palm Canyon Dr, Palm Springs, CA 92264
I think we can all agree that this greenery trend all makes us happy. For all your succulent and cactus dreams, you have to visit this garden. The greenhouse is so cute, and there’s a whole outdoor area with even more plants.
Palm Springs Sign
2901 N. Palm Canyon Drive, Palm Springs
Some of my favorite pictures from my last trip, was with my sweet friend Leoni (@ohhcouture), at the Palm Springs welcome sign. This was our last day, and we thought this was a fitting way to say au revoir!
Joshua Tree National Park
A must see to add to the beginning or end of your trip is to make a side route to Joshua Tree. It’s only about an hour from Palm Springs, and is an absolutely gorgeous national park. The first time I went I thought I was on another planet, the trees and rocks are so unique and create a crazy desert landscape.
Azúcar Restaurant and Bar
This restaurant is in the La Serena Villas, and matches the hotel perfectly. With boho chic decorations to compliment the contemporary food it’s a perfect spot for a night out, and even has rooftop seating!
Rooster and the Pig
Rooster and the Pig puts a fun twist on Vietnamese food, and has awesome cocktails. This is a great lunch spot, and has some amazing spring rolls.
To make the Ace Hotel even better, this cute diner is attached and is a great pool break spot. It takes on the retro diner look but in a chic way. They have amazing live music at night and a great happy hour. Win win!
Ice Cream & Shop(pe)
If you’re in the mood for a sweet treat and a cute Insta pic, this is definitely the place for you. With fun Palm Springs themed decor, and a neon ice cream sign you can’t go wrong. I got honey flavored ice cream last time, and it was soooooo good. This is always a stop on my list when I’m in Palm Springs :)
