How To Be A Part Of Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Breast Cancer Awareness Month Sweater

One of the best parts of fashion is how significant of an impact you can have through just your clothes. This month is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, so if you’ve never participated in a fashion campaign with an impact, now is the perfect time to start. Here’s how to be a part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month:

Lands’ End is launching a really cool campaign, called “The Pink Thread Project” for the third year in a row. From now until October 31st (can you believe that’s only two weeks away?!), you have the option of ordering a personalized, pink monogram or embroidered icon to be added to your favorite Lands’ End items in honor of those who are affected by breast cancer. Lands’ End also has a few new accessories that they created specifically for this campaign.

But the best part is that they don’t just stop with raising awareness. $4.50 of the $6 monogram application fee and 25% of the Campaign Accessories goes straight to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation and supports the people that have dedicated their careers to ending cancer.

The top I picked out is from Canvas, Lands’ End’s recently launched designer collection. They have a lot of really cute looks for a little bit younger crowd, including some cool suede flats (my favorite)!

Shop online and order your pink monograms here.
