A major goal for me for 2015 is to care for my health in as many ways as I can. For me, this is not only a goal to exercise and limit things like gluten and sugar from my diet, but also a pursuit to limit negative thoughts and bad habits. As I’m inching closer and closer to 30 (2 years away…) I’m embracing NOW as the time for self-improvement. A couple of goals for 2015:
1. Read every day
2. Limit Gluten and Sugar
3. Be active (while wearing cute workout clothes like these from Wear It To Heart!)
4. Take time to listen and serve others
5. FOCUS + SIMPLIFY
I could keep going and going because I love to set goals and make lists…. BUT these are the main ones. I love to start afresh and I am SUPER excited to start this new year with a new site! I hope you enjoy the changes – I’m very grateful to my talented/genius friend Lisa Dengler from Just Another for helping me with the new site AND for being a person that encourages me to dream and TAKE AIM.
Wear it To Heart is an activewear line that makes cute leggings and tops that are well designed and really flattering – especially their leggings and sports bras. I’m all about quality workout clothes!
