If you follow me on Instagram, you know that I recently took a trip to Geneva, Switzerland! I think it was my quickest trip for a stay across the ocean. I was basically there and back within the weekend (crazy! Don’t even get me started on jet lag.)! But, I have to say, Geneva is a beautiful, beautiful country and it was so worth it to have a little vacay before coming back for busy NYFW prep.
Geneva Tourism had so many fun things lined up for us to try, from boat rides to breakfast spots, wine tasting, biking, and even learning how to make Swiss watches. You can check out their website to see all the fun activities to explore while you’re there. The city is absolutely gorgeous, because it’s right on the lake and in the foothills of the Alps. I loved seeing all of the old buildings and cute European houses with wooden doors and flowers hanging at the top. I feel like there’s something so romantic and calming and free-spirited about the old cities in Europe, and I find it so refreshing.
I stayed at Le Richemond hotel in Geneva and it was right in front of the lake with a beautiful view of the city. It’s pretty hard to go wrong with good food, good wine, and good shopping, so merci and au revoir Geneva! I hope to see you again.
